Visit by God grandma

Mummy: We have some visitors tonite !! =) My godma & 3rd bro (whom she is staying with) paid us a visit as they were also visiting my 3rd SIL's sister who stay nearby.. In case u r not aware, my 3rd bro married an Indian and they have 1 boy & 2 gals.. =)

Saving for erlene

Mummy: I guess it is never too early to start saving up.. today took half day for my eye review & went to the bank to open a saving a/c for erlene to deposit the ang pows collected during her full month bday.. was given some freebies by the bank, i like the wristband which can glow in the dark ! at first thought it might be too big but it fit her just nice.. =P
i also like the "sticker" system where kids will paste a sticker on the card everytime they save some monies (eg. a dollar) then after they hv completed sticking all the stickers, we will "bank" in this card. Not only we can redeem a small token of gift from the bank, we can cos cultivate the kids to save.. =)

Lanterns for 中秋节....

Mummy : The lunar 7th month will be over soon, which means the mooncake festival 中秋节 is approaching... This is the 1st year Erlene celebrate 中秋节.. Happened to pass by Chinatown and saw they start to sell lanterns liao.. so i bought these for the kiddos.. needless to say, the doraemon one is for Ervin and Hello Kitty is for Erlene.. =)

Mummy: Meetup with my kakis for dinner again.. tis time we had Korean BBQ dinner.. =) forget to take pic for the seafood pancake.. lol

Mummy: it seems that ervin will want to have a share in whatever mei mei have or do.. we put erlene in this bouncer and ervin oso want to be in it after seeing mei mei resting on the bouncer.. in fact not only this bouncer, ervin is also interested in the walker, yao lan, toys, etc.. whenever we offer it to mei mei.. :-S

Mummy: Ervin's haircut session is getting better as he grows older.. lesser struggling, crying and tissue used !! kekeke.. tis time round, he "ren" till almost the end of the session b4 he wailed out loud.. but overall, i m very proud of my darling prince's performance.. lol

3rd lesson @ tumble tots

Mummy: this is ervin's 3rd lesson and so far he seems to enjoy the classes.. me too.. =D

Membership bag from tumble tots

Mummy: My mum helped to collect the membership bag yesterday.. Beside the uniform tee, there are some CDs and free diaper and some stickers as well.. lol..

2nd lesson @ Tumble Tots

Mummy: We let ervin tried the 2-3 yrs old group for the 2nd lesson and found it's much more suitable for ervin.. =)

This is a structured class as compared to the other class, so there will be no free play.. The kids are guided to complete a series of the play stations and there is also a sing along session..

Ervin's 2nd Birthday

Mummy: Time really flies.... My darling boy is now 2 yrs old and i see so much developments in him.. lately he starts to call out "MAMA" loudly to get my attention and it really melts my heart everytime he called me..

We had a simple birthday celebration with my mum & sisters and some of my kakis, oso not forgetting Karen and kylie.. =)

My mum woke up early to prepare the food, really grateful to her.. we bought a Doraemon cake from Polar and I oso bought some helium-filled foiled balloons & decorative accessories..

Oh, we even have a couple rounds of MJ sessions.. =P

Ervin's 1st gym class @ Tumble Tots

Mummy: brought ervin for a trial lesson at Tumble Tots but after seeing ervin enjoying himself, we decided to enrol him for the class.. =)

this lesson was actually meant for kids from 12m-walking.. ervin seems to be the eldest among them all.. the class structure for this age group is more on free play, as in the kids are allowed to wander freely and choose what they want to play.. Then followed by 2 sit-down sessions where they sing-along with the teacher..

after attending this lesson, hb & i found this class alittle underaged for ervin and we decide to let him try the 2-3 yrs old group on his 2nd lesson.. **will update again** ^o^

Mummy: hb video tis down to show me how our son loves playing the slide.. it makes me so happy and glad at how much he has grown.. he is able to climb up the slide (from the front though) and slide down..
