Smiley Fun Fair @ Compasspoint (24 Oct - 2 Nov)

Mummy: Was pleased to know of this event since we were doing some shopping there.. As we have purchased more than $50, we are entitled to some free games and 1 x free costume photo taking (thru polaroid).. Nearly missed all these goodies cos i was in a rush to bring dinner back for my helper.. Lucky there wasn't a long queue at the customer service counter for exchange of a pass.. Neither was there long queue at the game stalls or photo taking station.. hee..

Due to the amount of our purchases, we were entitled to 4 free games and thanks to hb's superb skill, we won 4 x name card holders.. yeah !!!



Next, we went to the photo taking station.. We were given 2 free photo shoots and a kind passerby gave us his pass so in all we have 3 free photo shoots for ervin !
These are the polaroid pics for the 3 different costumes Ervin wore.. Aren't they cute ? hee.. these pics will be priceless and serves a fond memory for us.. :D

While mummy went to get some contact lenses for herself, 婆婆 brought me walk walk somewhere else and she bought me a pair of Converse shoes.. mummy like the shoes v much cos the material is v soft and the colour is nice.. hehe.. mummy said tis will be my school shoes when i start the playgroup on 2 Jan 2009.. hmm.. i wonder will i be able to wait till then ?

Contact lenses.... FINALLY..

Mummy: went for the eye review this afternoon @ SNEC.. was informed that the spots in my right eyes have greatly reduced to juz 1-2 spots, thus she gave me the green light to wear contact lenses.. Yippeee !!!! but she strongly recommended that i use the daily disposable ones which is more costly.. Went to grab some in the evening from Compasspoint and meet hb for dinner there at the same time..

Mummy: chance upon this pretty dress on a BP.. sooooo sweeeet... cant resist not buying, hope to receive it soon.... lol

Happy Deepavali

mummy: it is Deepavali today.. a festive for the indians n a holiday for us all.. as usual, our indian neighbour share with us some goodies.. :)

Breakfast @ T2

mummy: meet up wif my bestest friend CL tis morning at T2 for macdonald's breakfast.. chat heartily non-stop till noon time.. tis is oso d 1st time i took a bus to d airport, the travelling time was pretty short, abt 30 mins.. when i reached hme, my 2 darlings r taking their naps.. nice to hv some "me time" catching up wif a nice old pal.. :D

japanese curry for ervin..

mummy: was quite troubled wif ervin's poor appetite.. initially we thought it was due to him sick of eating soft food (porridge n mee sua) which he has been taking for quite a long period.. but when we intro rice, he does not seems keen too, eating only a few mouthful each time.. had brought him to tui na, din seems to help much.. maybe need to go for more sessions? he seems to prefer noodles as he will eat more as compared to rice.. has been cracking my head thinking of wat to feed him.. tonite, i decided to let him try some japanese chicken curry rice wif dong gua soup & he almost finished it !! feel so happy.. :D

Nuah-ing ...

mummy: lately i juz love to nuah on the bed with the kids.. at the same time can enjoy the nice cool aircon n lie on the bed n watch tv.. one stone kill two birds.. hee..

Erlene 1st haircut

mummy: Erlene finally had her 1st haircut today.. actually, not much hair to cut though, except for her fringe n a few long strands of hair at d back..

Kusu Island

mummy: hb suggested visiting the Kusu Island so we went today since hb is not working.. ervin enjoyed the short ferry ride.. it was really xiong carrying ervin up the long flight of stairs which is the main reason why we din bring erlene along.. overall it was a fun n tiring outing.. Erlene, we promised we will bring u there next time.. :D

Ervin's 1st "sit-on-his-own" haircut..

Mummy: This is the first haircut whereby Ervin sat on the chair by himself (on the additional cushion of coz).. We do not need to carry him on our lap.. I m so proud of him.. :D

Mummy: Brought the whole family to the Westie's playdate @ Jass's place in Bukit Panjang.. See some new mummies & babies.. =)

Visit to Sengkang Community Library

mummy: hb brought ervin to d library tis evening for awhile.. Ervin seems to be attracted by the story books there.. :p

Mummy: haha.. this was actually a JShopper top but it seems to be alittle too big for erlene now.. so it looks as though she was wearing a dress.. =P

Spiderman singing karaoke??

Mummy: tis aftn we brought the kids out after their nap.. we went AMK as our helper wanted to get some shoes for her kids.. she managed to get shoes for her gal.. still searching for sneakers for her sons..
after tat, we retreated into AMK hub cos its really warm outdoor.. we passby an art & craft shop where u can "colour" the picture mould by filling them with color liquid paint.. think ervin was attracted by the chairs, so he sat on one of them n refused to get up. so we took d opportunity to try colouring d pic mould. not much choice, cant find ervin's favorite character "Doraemon".. so we settled for Spiderman.. lol

11th lesson @ tumble tots

mummy: tis lesson was handled solely by hb.. why? becos we were dead tired n woke up juz in time for the lesson. why we were so tired? cos ervin woke up at abt 5am frm nightmare (??) and i managed to make him sleep at abt 8am+.. i was so tired n oso slept together wif him. as i wan to catch a baby show @ 1pm, i had to do d grocery shopping while ervin is having his lesson. thus hb took ervin thru for tis lesson..

Mummy: Realised that erlene din want to smile when taking pictures.. she looked so gloomy in the last few days when my mum took her picture.. However, she is still v happy & cheerful most of the times.. =)

Mummy: tis evening ervin insisted to have mei mei seated beside him on the sofa.. thus, i took the opportunity to take a pic of both of them.. =D

Mummy: The situation is getting more & more friendly.. in fact, i even caught MM cracking a joke with MH... hahaha.. Hope it stay on like this.... =D

10th lesson @ Tumble Tots

Mummy: Ervin skipped last week's lesson due to he has just recovered so we wanted him to rest more.. Ervin seems to miss the class as he was more attentive and participative during yesterday's lesson.. A few times, he clapped his hands and laughed out loud.. keke.. we noticed that he was able to handle the station well by himself.. Overall, he seems to enjoy his lesson very much.. Hb also agreed to let him continue the lesson after this term ended.. Hooray.. =P

Singapore Flyer

Mummy: brought the whole family to the Singapore Flyer with my khakis family.. Really nice view looking from the capsule.. it was a nice feeling to be high up at the sky.. Ervin enjoyed looking at the cars on the expressway, they look like "toy cars" to him !! the ride was v smooth n u can't really feel it moving.. the 30 min ride ended quite quickly without us realising..

Oh, many thanks to Cheryl for helping us to get tickets at half price.. =)
