Name for Princess

Mummy: From some of the posts, you may have already guessed the english name we have gotten for Princess.. Yes, it's "ERLENE".. :D

Hubby & I finally settled for this english name as we wanted mei mei's name to rhyme with kor kor's name "ERVIN".. :=P Also, we find this name rather unusual and special.. So far din know of any friend/relative's kids having the same name..

As for the Chinese name, we will leave it in the good hand of the fengshui master as usual.. :P

Decorative alphabet for Princess

Mummy: I have bought these decorative alphabets for Ervin several months ago in "Animal" design.. I remembered the supplier also had "Fairy" design for gals, thus i decided to get for Princess as well.. The supplier was nice enough to drop it into the letterbox w/out payment.. I am v pleased with the "Fairy" design too.. Gonna stick it on the door, just right below ervin's name.. :=P

Mummy: Finally received this personalised pillow today.. my mum feel that the cotton material used cannot be washed and can only be dried under the sun.. but i m v pleased & contented to have personalised message/name on the pillow.. :-p

Mummy : Realised Ervin like to watch & ka-chiow daddy when he was doing housework like cleaning the floor.. Happened to capture him taking the handky & "cleaning" the TV console.. haha.. Wonder whether will he be like daddy helping out with housework when he gets older? :=P

My hair is growing long & thick, thus mummy & daddy decided... it is haircut time for me again!! Mummy is afraid to bring me for haircut becos it's like battling time between mi & the hairstylist and it's a inevitable session of crying & struggling...

Feb 08 MTB Xmas gathering

This evening mummy attended the Feb 08 MTB xmas gathering at Village restuarant @ Heeren.. She met up with the other mtbs whom she always chat with but din see them b4.. It was a great gathering and mummy enjoyed herself very much..

Mummy: Aiyo, dunno since when he learnt to put one of his leg up & just stand on one leg.. So "chor lor".. lucky he is boi boi.. :=P

New toy from daddy --- Drum & shaker set

Daddy bought me new toys today.. Yeah... It's a drum set that comes with a pair of shakers.. But, one of the drumstick was damaged by me very soon, just within 2 hrs.. I broke the plastic drumstick into 2 pieces and got scolded by daddy in return.. :P

New developments...

A couple new developments...

1. I can climb up the 1-step platform at mummy's & daddy's bedroom and climb down by myself. And my actions get more swiftly as days passed.. Mummy is amazed becos just a couple weeks ago, i still do not know how to do that.. Mummy is grateful to daddy as it was daddy who trained me..
**Credits go to daddy.. yeah..**

2. I learnt how to turn on/off the power switch, be it the kitchen lights, fans, etc.. Erhh.. actually not quite a good development as i m not supposed to play with these power points at all.. Po po blame it on the design by HDB for new flats, making the power points so low that children can reach so easily.. Initially i only know how to switch it ON as it is a sliding down action (easier) but I do not know how to switch it OFF (sliding up action-more difficult). But yesterday when mummy returned from work and saw one of the hall fan was OFF, she asked po po and po po replied "Your son OFF the fan by switching OFF the power point".. hehe.. Notti me right.. :=P

Slouching little emperor (CNY clothes)

Mummy ordered this set of gold CNY clothings for me from SMO.. It even comes with a fake pigtail cap but it is abit too small for me.. For the clothing, the top is still ok, quite roomy but for the pants, it is just nice now. Daddy feels that by CNY next Feb, the pants might be too short for me.. :P

Beansprout pillow for mei mei

Mummy ordered a small beansprout pillow for mei mei from SMO. After a 2 week wait, she finally received it today.. Mummy also ordered an extra cover for interchange purpose during washing.. Mummy choose a Japanese design and a pink beetle double-side design.. But the pillow is really v small, smaller than the one that po po made for mi..

1st time buying items for princess.... Finally..

Mummy: Haha.. hb and i finally have a chance to buy something for our little princess since my mum has bought almost everything for her..

We bought a matching pair of top & skirt w/panty and a pair of mitten & booties.. Plan to let our little princess wear this set on her full month.. :=)

New rompers from mummy & daddy

Daddy feels that most of my rompers are getting smaller for me so he & mummy got me some new bigger size rompers.. yeah.. i have new clothes again.. hehe..

Mummy: actually i dun intend to buy any rompers for ervin but as he still can't walk on his own and crawling most of the time, rompers seems to be a better choice if his stomach get in contact with the floor..

Princess's movements

Mummy: Since a couple weeks ago, i have began to feel the movements of my little princess inside me.. and her movements gets more and more frequent and intense as days pass.. i wonder if she will be like kor kor, turn out to be an active baby cos kor kor was also v active when he was inside me.. :-P


Anyway, i enjoy feeling princess's movement in my tummy.. :=)

Sunday short walk @ Hougang Mall

As I was pretty "noisy" at home on Sunday afternoon, daddy decide to take us out to Hougang Mall for walk walk..

While daddy went to park his car, mummy & po po went to a dessert shop for some small bite.. They ordered a popiah & walnut cream dessert.. yummy yummy.. This was taken at the dessert shop..

After that, we went for some shopping.. Let's see what the adults bought :-
1. Mummy bought a pair of silver sandal (non-slippery type)
2. Daddy bought 3 gio tees for mummy
3. Po po bought a CNY cookies receipe book from Popular
4. Po po also bought some baking tray from Phoon Huat

The adults had dinner at Kopitiam before heading home..

Mummy: My mum bought more things for my little princess again.. She had been buying stuffs since the gender is confirmed.. My mum had bought almost all the essential stuffs + optional items as well.. Not only that, she din neglect Ervin & oso bought his share.. Be it new clothings for him or the daily necessity items when it runs out (eg. Ru yi oild, powder, dry scallops, etc..) Really appreciate her kind gesture..

Tis week my mum bought :-
- 2 sets of pink fitted sheets (of different designs)
- 2 sets of pink pillow/bloster cover (of different designs)
- 3 pink bath towels (*again*)

Last week or earlier she bought :-
- 4 pink button front tops
- 4 pink long pants
- 3 pairs of pink mittens/booties
- 1 pink hair band
- 1 hello kitty bath towel
- water & milk bottles
- etc..... (can't remember all)

Mummy's outing with MDIS frenz

This evening, mummy has a date with her ex-MDIS frenz.. They all meetup at Plaza Singapura and had dinner at Ajisen Japanese Restaurant.. After dinner, aunty xiuli proposed taking some pictures as "纪念".. how thoughtful of aunty xiuli, she even brought along a camera.. hehe..

Mummy was v happy to catch up with them and had enjoyed the outing v much.. They even planned to meet up again soon b4 mummy is due..

Playing with ring stacker

Actually daddy bought me this set of ring stacker quite some time back liao.. but at that time, i do not know how to put the ring into the cone.. But after training by Daddy, I can do it !! Yeah..

New toy hammer

Daddy bought mi a new toy ----> it's a blue Hello Kitty hammer which has a bell in it and there will be sound too when i press the handle..
