Mummy: since the birth of my darling princess, i have been thinking of changing the blog address but find it troublesome to inform everyone. :p

I came across a wordpress blog and like some of the features and since i wanted to change the blog address too, thus i decided to migrate from the old blogspot to wordpress. :p

I am all excited about migrating to the new blog & will continue to capture as much as i can on the daily lives of my 2 darlings and their growing up journey..

As I am still having fever on & off, mummy & daddy brought me to see a PD in the morning. At the same time also to return the nebulizer machine. In the afternoon, we went to visit great grandma in JB with 婆婆, 三姨 and 三姨丈.. Mummy decided not to bring mei mei along as she has juz recovered..

大年初二

As usual, 大年初二 we will go to 婆婆 house and most of the 舅舅s and 阿姨s and their children will be there too... After lunch, i went into my dreamland with papa... Poor mei mei, she couldn't sleep without her yao lan, so auntie ana & mummy & popo have to take turn to carry her..

Finally, mummy decided to go back @ ard 3pm as mei mei is getting more cranky.. Mei mei finally dozed off while on the way to Ah ma hse... she was still zzzzz-ing away even after we have reached and mummy put her into the yao lan... hehe.. can imagine how tired mei mei was.... :-P

Mummy: brought the kiddos for the CNY photo shoot which was recommended by Jenn (thanks Jenn !).. super long queue waiting for our turn and long queue too for viewing & selection of pics.. ervin KO-ed & my mum pushed erlene around in the hot & humid environment while i was selecting the pics.. as a result, got alot of nagging from my mum... But i feel it was all worthwhile after seeing the nice photos.... :D

Mummy: brought the kids for haircut by their regular hairstylist.. they need a haircut especially ervin whose hair is getting longer & thicker.. as for erlene, i juz wan to trim her fringe abit only.. =p

my darling prince sat on his own again for the haircut.. tis time, he sat thru the session without much hassle.. feel so happy & proud of him.. :D

Erlene can sit by her own

Mummy: Erlene has been struggling to sit on her own from lying position for the past 1-2 weeks but one of her legs always got stuck in the process and she does not know how to get it out..

Finally, on wed nite while hb was playing with her, he saw her getting up & sit on her own !! no more "leg-got-stuck" situation... Yippee !! i am soooo happy.... her action gets swifter yesterday as i see her sitting up in seconds.... :D

so now mummy is waiting to see u stand ok... Jia you, my princess !!! =)

mummy: i attended their wedding last sat evening with hb & meihuan.. their wedding banquet were held at Park Hotel.. food was nice, service was pretty good too.. :) i love the wedding favor !! u can choose either the saucer or tea cup.. so happy that we managed to get both.. :D

Mummy: I only learnt about it this morning after ervin asked for his purple spoon as usual every morning when my helper fed him his cereal breakfast.. she told me that ervin had thrown the purple spoon & a fork yesterday and they were broken despite they were made of plastic... haizzz..

so no more purple spoon for ervin this morning, he will hv to make do with a blue one.. =(

Mummy: Today is his 3rd day at school and also the last day for parent to sit thru.. however, i told my mum to leave him alone as much as possible so that he can be prepared to be all alone from tomorrow onwards... thus, my mum left the class for a longer period and again ervin was okay staying in the class without 婆婆.. :D

They did colouring again and i was not surprised at all when i saw ervin's work.. yes, he asked for PURPLE color again.. but again, grapes are supposed to be purple colour right ? lol...

Mummy: Haizzz... we are really tormented by Ervin's throwing habit.. A symptom of Terrible Two ????!!!! He has been throwing things out of the window like plates (luckily its plastic & did not hurt anyone), slices of bread, clothes pegs, toy microphone (broke into half & hb had to fixed it back) & many many of his other toys....

last nite, he threw his toy out of the window again despite hb warning him not to.. thus, hb was very angry & locked him out of the house.. He only cried for a short while and started to play with the gate & walked around barefooted.. FAINTZ !! so i quickly open the door and let him in..

Mummy: It's Christmas again and it happened to be 冬至 on the same day!! Time to gather together and share the joy of the season... =) My mum whipped up a simple fare of fried mee hoon, chicken curry, fried chicken wings, fish balls, spring rolls, vegetables and not forgetting a pot of 汤圆since it is 冬至... Dor, cheryl and crystal brought a party pack of sushi and a log cake..

It was nice to see all the babies mingling around.. i guessed the most fun part was my darling Ervin went around hugging everyone, not once but a few times... Such a sweeeet gesture, Ervin !!! Mummy is v proud of u.. keke.. It was fun exchanging xmas gifts and opening the gifts.. lol..

Mummy: My princess is down with flu & mild fever since Sat morning.. She kept sneezing and had serious runny nose and mild fever.. Had brought her to see Dr. David yest morng..

Till today, she still hv runny nose, no more fever but I heard her coughing.. =(
Erlene does not like to take medicine.. She will throw out each time we feed her the med..
We had no choice but to mix the med into her milk..

Mummy: After the kids woke up from their nap, we went to visit my mum.. It has been a long time since we went over to her place. We had dinner with my 3rd sis & youngest sis.. After dinner, we all went up to my mum's place as we need to feed Erlene milk..

I can tell tat my mum was very happy cos she even opened up a bottle of red wine for us.. Oh, this red wine was from my wedding dinner (abt 4 years back !!) and it still taste good.. lol

At abt 9 plus, we left my mum's place leaving Ervin to stay overnight.. But i already started to miss him badly juz after we had stepped out of my mum's place.. No doubt i wished for some personal time without ervin around, but i still missed ervin's presence & his "noisiness" .. haha, yes i m a very mao tun mummy...

We meet up with auntie jennifer and ah zheng kor kor to go to the above show this afternoon..
Both mummy & auntie jennifer are very kiasu and they started to queue more than half an hour b4 the show start.. The result: We are the first two to take pic with Pooh & friends.. hehe..

Mummy: Ervin went for hair cut again.. This time my mum brought him there.. Asked my mum if he sat on his own for the haircut like the previous time, my mum said NO, he refused to sit on his own.. thus, my mum had to carry him throughout the haircut.. :-s

His hair was cut till really short this time but i find it suits him and look nice on him.. lol

mummy: hb continued to paint (whiten) d lines btwn d tiles.. he fixed half of d hall last week. thus, we continue with d other half on fri nite n last nite.. was a tiring process but d end result was definitely worth d effort.. all bedrooms n toilets are next on d list..
